Nice to meet you, my name is Ben Aharoni (or Ben Oz in short) and I am a native speaker of Hebrew.
I was born and grew up in the Land of Canaan within the borders of the State of Israel, and I speak English fluently as a second language and Thai as a third language.
I am a teacher by heart, and I think that it could only do good to the world if as much as people as possible would be able to understand and speak Hebrew.
I focus on teaching Modern Hebrew
The Hebrew I teach is mostly Modern Hebrew also known as "Israeli Hebrew".
Israeli Hebrew is a term which I don't like very much as it confuses the Hebrew of the State of Israel with the Hebrew of the Kingdom of Israel of ancient times.
While I understand the different layers of Ancient Hebrew quite well (Toranic, Prophetic, Mishnaic, etc.) I focus on teaching Modern Hebrew of the State of Israel.
I focus on teaching proper pronunciation of Hebrew and proper reading of Hebrew
Because I teach people from all over the world and do so primarily by voice calls, I focus on teaching proper pronunciation of Hebrew before anything.
There is always the option to share screen or just attach images or texts of words and sentences and we could cover each piece by piece.
I will explain how to best read them aloud.

Setting time to learn with me
Because I teach people from anywhere in the globe, I can only set time for the same day, from one hour in advance to a few hours in advance, or, alternatively, I could set time for Hebrew lessons according to the time in Israel (Israel Standard Time or IST).
